Good thing that my friend was aware that she could actually file a complaint against her employers who did not even help her out, not a single cent when she was hospitalized a month ago due to overwork. She was being asked to go on overtime almost daily two months before which culminated in her collapsing one time and hitting her head on a table hospitalizing her. When she asked help from the company, she was told it was her own expense as it was her fault they said for her injury. That drove her real mad and so she tried looking for effingham lawyers who could help her file a complaint against the company as it was they who forced her to work overtime in those days prior to the accident and it was fatigue from work which caused her to fall in the first place. She was really out to get back at the company for treating her that way and she felt that these effingham lawyers would help her get what she want. So with that, she was able to file for a complaint and she wanted some compensation for her injuries also. I do not know the amount she filed for, but she did get the attention of the company which chose to settle matters instead of going to court. I heard my friend was able to get a big amount and also an apology from the company too, as it was their fault in the first place for overworking my friend.
